Does sending an enquiry confirm a booking?

You will receive an enquiry reference for future correspondence. This is not a confirmed booking and no room is held. The hotel will contact you to confirm availability, rates and stay arrangements.

How many nights does the displayed price cover?

Each room card shows the total for your selected dates, the number of nights and currency, plus the average nightly rate. Confirm the final cost and inclusions with the hotel.

Can I make a special request?

Add your estimated arrival time or other requests in the enquiry notes. The hotel will confirm what can be arranged. Please do not include identity document numbers, payment details or other sensitive information.
